Pertinent information

All New Terra Artifacts beads are handmade. The Beads, Pendants, Hearts, Cabs, Neckpieces, etc found on the WebSite are all "one of a kind" pieces and there is never a guarantee that I can repeat them.

Ordering Information

I find that for me and my business it is best to avoid the cart system and correspond directly with my customers, so orders may be placed via email, fax, or phone, simply by telling me what it is you would like to order.

I really prefer email transactions due to distractions that occur in my household and sometimes make it hard for me to concentrate on important conversations . However I do know that for some things, like credit card information, sometimes a phone call is best. Please try to call me between 9AM and 6PM my time. Orders from available inventory are generally able to ship on receipt of payment.
Average turn around time on custom orders is 4 weeks from order to shipment.
Special orders that do not fit into the current work schedule may take up to 8 weeks.

Discount pricing - Based on order total before discount.

10% discount for orders over $150 before discount is applied. This discount is only available for items paid for as a single order.

20% discount for orders over $250 before discount is applied. This discount is only available for items paid for as a single order.

30% discount for orders over $350 before discount is applied. This discount is only available for items paid for as a single order.

Wholesale pricing

My wholesale discount is 50% for orders over $500 before discount is applied.Orders for this discount may be combined as long as they are all within a 60 day period.

In order to qualify as a wholesale customer you must order $500 at the retail prices posted on the WebSite in a 60 day period. That means an order of $250 worth of material at the wholesale price .

I ask for a $150 deposit in advance. Any orders you make in the 60 day period will be applied against that $150 until that amount is reached, at which time an additional $100 advance will be required to complete your order. You may, of course, order more than the wholesale minimum. If your total order is for more than the $250 minimum required the balance will be due when the final items are ordered.

I will ship items as you order them, or hold them until the wholesale order is completed and ship them all at once, whichever you prefer.

Occasionally I may not be able to produce enough materials for you to choose from in a 60 day period. If this occurs we can work out a time extension to complete your order. However, if choices are available and you do not complete your order nor do you contact me to extend it - the order will be closed and wholesale pricing will no longer be available.

Shipping

Shipping is based on actual costs plus a handling charge based on order size, etc.

I ship US mail at any of their different rates and speeds of delivery . UPS is available with a handling charge as I have no readily available UPS office. Arrangements should be made when placing your order.

Payment Methods

Orders must be prepaid. I accept Visa and MasterCard I am also glad to take PayPal. Checks and Money Orders are of course fine, and I do not hold orders until the checks clear, but ship them on receipt of payment.

Faxed or emailed orders . If a check is to be mailed I will ship on receipt of payment.
