TIGG – Treating THM’s in Drinking Water
Bob Myers, PE with Riley Company of Louisiana, Inc. discusses the use of TIGG’s CP-20K-10 carbon filtration system to control TTHM levels in Marion's drinking water. Before the installation, TTHM levels routinely exceeded the State's maximum level of 80 micrograms/liter. After installation, TTHM levels were 3.4 and 3.1 micrograms/liter, now well below the State's maximum level.
