On 15 August 2025, Grundfos acquired Newterra. Newterra Ltd (Canada) is included in this joint report Grundfos Modern Slavery and Transparency Statement 2025 as it meets the reporting obligations under Canada’s Fighting Against Forced Labour and Child Labour in Supply Chains Act.
At present, Newterra’s internal policies and supply chain due diligence processes are in a transition phase and are being aligned with Grundfos group standards.
