Award: Cold Temperature Parallel Downflow Deaerator

Newterra has been awarded a project for a Parallel Downflow Deaerator at a university in the Eastern United States.
The 41,000 lb/hr deaerator was chosen due to the excellent performance of the Cochrane Parallel Downflow Deaerator in cold temperature applications. The deaerator will reduce the oxygen content in the boiler feedwater to below 7 ppb.
