Newterra Transitions to Grundfos

Building on a Strong Foundation

For decades, Newterra has helped customers solve complex water challenges through innovative treatment technologies, engineering expertise, and responsive customer support.

Today, we are pleased to share the next step in our evolution.

As part of the continued integration of Grundfos’ water treatment businesses, Newterra is transitioning to the Grundfos Brand, as part of the Grundfos Water Treatment Americas team. This evolution brings together the expertise of Newterra, MECO, Water Works, and Grundfos under a unified organization, creating a stronger platform to support customers across municipal, industrial, infrastructure, environmental, healthcare, life sciences, and manufacturing markets.

One Platform. Expanded Capabilities.

By bringing these organizations together, Grundfos creates a more integrated water treatment business with expanded technologies, engineering resources, manufacturing capabilities, and service expertise.

What Is Not Changing

While our name is evolving, our commitment to customers remains unchanged.

Existing customer relationships, ongoing projects, day-to-day contacts, technical expertise, quality standards, and service support will continue uninterrupted.

This transition does not impact product quality, project execution, documentation, supplier relationships, or our commitment to helping customers achieve their operational, regulatory, and environmental objectives.

The people, expertise, and customer focus that have defined Newterra remain at the center of everything we do.

Looking Ahead

The transition to Grundfos represents an exciting opportunity to build on Newterra’s strong foundation while providing customers with access to greater resources, broader expertise, and a more comprehensive portfolio of water treatment solutions.

By bringing together the strengths of Newterra, MECO, Water Works, and Grundfos, we are creating a stronger organization positioned to help customers solve increasingly complex water challenges today and into the future.

We are grateful for the trust our customers, partners, and suppliers have placed in us and look forward to continuing to serve you as part of Grundfos.
